Emergency and After Hour Service

LOSEGO.NET is now available for emergency service after the regular business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.  Requests for Emergency service are available anytime outside of normal business hours.

For emergency service after hours the labor rate is $125.00 per hour with a minimum bill of one hour.  If you have a maintenance contract or service agreement, the labor rates will be as stated in those agreements.

Once service is requested a technician will call and you will be given a dispatch time.  You may cancel the request before this time and NO charges will be incurred, however, after dispatch there will be a $45.00 dispatch charge - even if you cancel the request after the dispatch time, and no work is accomplished.

To have a technician paged to contact you, or to request a dispatch - call our main office and select option 7 and follow the prompts to leave your contact phone number.  You will receive a call back, and if the problem can be resolved over the phone – you will only be charged charged for the actual time spent on the telephone.  At the time you request a technician to be dispatched you will receive a ticket number, a dispatch time, and an estimated time of arrival.  This is a premium service (i.e. it is expensive) and can be canceled, or delayed to the next regular business day any time prior to the dispatch.
